How do I log in to the iOS app?

Use the same email address as your ListingRater web account at listingrater.com. Subscriptions are managed on the web — the iOS app requires an active account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in at listingrater.com, go to your Profile, and select Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of your billing period.

How does the TC Document Scan work?

Go to the TC tool and select Document Scan. Upload your contract documents — purchase contract, counter offers, addenda, SCA, HOA docs — all at once. AI reads each document individually, then resolves the full negotiation chain to give you the final agreed terms, a deal summary, negotiation trail, and flags. Documents are stored securely in your Transactions dashboard.

My documents aren't showing up in the iOS app.

Pull down to refresh the Transactions screen. If documents still don't appear, check that you're logged in with the same email as your web account. Contact support if the issue persists.

Can I add documents to an existing transaction?

Yes — open any transaction, go to the Docs tab, and tap "+ Add Docs." Upload the new document (counter offer, addendum, etc.) and AI will read it and update the transaction's deal summary and key terms automatically.

The Owner Research lookup returned no results.

Try entering the full street address including city and state. Some rural or newly recorded properties may not have available owner data. If the property was recently sold or recorded, it may take time to appear in public records.

How accurate is the AI document extraction?

AI extraction is highly accurate for standard purchase contracts, counter offers, inspection reports, and title documents. It correctly handles negotiation chains — identifying which counter offer sets the final price, commission modifications, and deadline extensions. Always verify key dates and dollar amounts against the original document before relying on them in a transaction.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All documents are stored encrypted in Cloudflare R2 secure cloud infrastructure. Access is controlled via time-limited signed URLs that expire automatically. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. AI analysis is powered by Anthropic's Claude API — documents are not retained for model training. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I add a team member or TC to my transactions?

Yes — open any transaction, go to the Team tab, and add their email address. Pro plan allows one additional user per transaction.

I accidentally cancelled a transaction. Can I restore it?

Yes — open the cancelled transaction and click the Restore button to return it to Active status.

How do I use the Multiple Offer tool?

Go to TC → Multiple Offer Review. Upload the documents for Offer 1 and scan them. After each scan you can add another offer or proceed to the comparison. Once all offers are scanned, AI compiles a side-by-side comparison table, seller summary emails, and a recommendation with reasoning. No data is saved to your transactions — this is a clean comparison tool.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Email support@listingrater.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm when complete. You can also delete individual documents and transactions directly within the platform at any time.
